cannot open file

cannot open file

when I open a file in General Cadd 8 nothing shows up....just a blank screen...some files open but others do not....I have tried ZA and ZE BUT NOTHING WORKS....HELP

It opens fine on my v8.1.47 version. It might be an environment setting. Send me a bug report via FB command and make sure the generalcadd.cfg file is attached.

[UPDATE] He was running an old version of v8 and once he updated to v8.1.47 it loaded

What IMPRESSIVE SERVICE.... Under 18 hours (over-night yet) for a GENUINE Solution
to what any Cliant would consider to be a serious problem. GCPro is TOPS.!
